Introductory flight

Do you dream of earning a helicopter licence and want to experience for yourself first how it feels to fly? Our introductory flight with an extensive briefing lets you get a taste of the real thing — both in the cockpit and beyond.

We start with about half an hour of ground instruction beside the helicopter. You get acquainted with the aircraft, the controls and the instruments, but also with how the training is structured: theory, practical hours, exams and the path towards a PPL(H) and possibly beyond. Together with your instructor you go through the preflight check and start-up procedure, and you have all the room you need to ask any questions about the training.

Then you climb in for the highlight: flying yourself, guided by an experienced Toran instructor. Thanks to the dual controls everything stays safe, while at the same time you feel what it means to really be in control.

If you choose the 60-minute flight, we combine 30 minutes of introduction with 30 minutes of sightseeing. That way you get both the technical experience and the pure joy of flying.
