Helicopter Flight from Antwerp
Toran offers helicopter flights from Antwerp, departing from Antwerp Airport in Deurne. From there, you can take the Castles Tour, the Ghent Tour or a customized dream flight, or fly a helicopter yourself with an instructor. Toran Academy also offers flight training from Antwerp.
Which helicopter tours depart from Antwerp?
- Castles Tour: over Alden Biesen, Ooidonk, and Freÿr. You can choose a flight lasting 30, 45, 60, or 75 minutes.
- Ghent Tour: over Ghent, with its historic beauty and vibrant neighborhoods. The flight lasts 60 minutes.
- Custom Dream Flight: You decide the route yourself, whether in Belgium or abroad. You can choose a flight lasting 30, 45, 60, or 75 minutes.
Each flight can accommodate up to 3 passengers, and the price is per flight. The other fixed routes (Battlefield, Bruges + East Coast, West Coast, and Flemish Ardennes) depart from Kortrijk-Wevelgem Airport. You can find all routes under our helicopter tours.
Fly a Helicopter Yourself from Antwerp
During an introductory flight, you’ll take the controls yourself, with an instructor sitting next to you. From Antwerp, you’ll fly in a Cabri G2 or a Robinson R44 for 30 or 60 minutes. The Cabri G2 is a two-seater: just you and your instructor. The R44 can accommodate one passenger. You can find more information under “Fly Yourself.”

The Kortrijk-Wevelgem airfield is Toran’s home base: this is where the six helicopter tours, the customized dream flight, and self-guided flights with an instructor depart from. Giving a Helicopter Flight as a Gift: Which Flight Should You Choose?
There are two ways to give a helicopter flight as a gift at Toran. You can choose a gift certificate for an amount of your choice starting at €50, after which the recipient selects their own flight. Or you can give a specific flight right away: a helicopter tour along a set route, flying yourself with an instructor, or a custom dream flight. A gift certificate is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
